A. Warranty Regulations

I. Terms of Warranty

1. The warranty duration for all products is 15 months, taking effect after the time of purchase.

2. During the aforementioned duration, the repair fee for all the products, equipment, accessories is free of charge according to manufacturer’s standards.

II. Warranty Conditions

1. Product will only be guaranteed under these specific conditions:

(a) The product is still in its warranty duration as stated by the manufacturer

(b) The product is used for its intended purpose, in a manner stated by the manufacturer.

(c) Damages and issues which are concluded to result from malfunctioned accessories or the manufacture’s own mistake.

(b) Product ID and seal stamp is still intact, not scratched, edited or lost.

2. Product will not be guaranteed under these following cases:

(a) External causes: Disaster, flood, lightning, fire, accidents… or when the customer does not follow the instructional manual, damaged/broken during transportation or bad maintenance.

(b) Each line of product is designed for a specific purpose, with a specific technology and specification. The warranty will be void if the user arbitrarily disassembles the product, change the parts that are incompatible with the product, use the product for the wrong purposes.

(c) The warranty will be void if the product is damaged or broken due to a prolonged usage, transportation, and accident, lack of maintenance or incorrect maintenance caused by the user or any other parties that are not the manufacturer.

(d) Product that has been repaired by someone that is not authorized by the manufacturers will not be guaranteed.

B. Warranty Procedure

When there is a product needs maintaining, customers can contact with the maintenance department via phone/email/fax, and provide the necessary information and the product’s condition.

1. For the sales agencies:

- After we have confirmed the information and agreed to receive the particular product, the customer will bring it to the company’s warranty department.

- After receiving the product, the warranty department will perform a precise checkup to analyze the condition, make a repair procedure and reply back to the customer. Based on the analyzed information, the warranty department will inform customer about the repairing method according to the company’s regulations and perform the necessary adjustment.

2. For personal customers

*Product distributed directly by Nam Phuong Viet:

- After we have confirmed the information and agreed to receive the particular product, customer will bring it to the company’s office.

- After receiving the product, the warranty department will perform a precise checkup and make appropriate adjustment to the product according to our regulations.

- For the entire duration of the maintenance, if there is any cost incurred outside of warranty services or from undesirable reasons, the warranty department will give a precise, detailed report about the current condition of the product and will only perform the maintenance and adjustment with the customer’s consent.

*Product distributed by Nam Phuong Viet branch store:

- Customer will contact the store to ask for maintenance.

- We will perform the maintenance via our branch store.
