This warranty policy applies to all products/services Nam Phuong Viet Technology Joint Stock Company provides and is intended to protect customers’ interests.
All products officially distributed by Nam Phuong Viet Technology Joint Stock Company will be warranted with the following regulations:
Warranty coverage
18 months for:
- Inverters and other products of V&T.
- Products of Nidec Control Technique.
12 months for:
- AC Servo Inverters, Inverters and other Yaskawa products.
- Eaton Products.
- Electrical cabinets, cable trays.
3 months for:
- Used item.
- Nam Phuong Viet repaired the product.
Special cases:
- Products sold with: according to the supplier’s warranty period.
- Special cases will be based on the approval of the management or General Director.
Warranty conditions
Products that meet the following conditions will be warranted:
- The product is directly supplied by Nam Phuong Viet Technology Joint Stock Company.
- Still under warranty.
- The product has not been disassembled or replaced with internal components.
- The warranty sticker on the device (if any) must be intact.
Warranty process
Phase 1: Receiving requests
- Customers contact Nam Phuong Viet Technology Joint Stock Company via contact channels such as hotline, email,… to notify about product errors.
Phase 2: Product Testing
- The responsible staff will work with the customer to deliver and complete related documents and procedures.
- The Technical Department – Customer Service will check the product before performing the warranty.
Phase 3: Repair/Replace
- Depending on the error status, Nam Phuong Viet Technology Joint Stock Company will repair or replace components free of charge.
- Warranty processing time is no more than 30 days from the date of receipt.
- In special cases for loyal customers, the processing time is 7 days.
Phase 4: Product delivery
- After completing the warranty process, the customer will receive the repaired product back.
Cases not covered by warranty
The warranty policy does not cover the following cases:
- Using incorrect voltage, frequency, or working environment not by the manufacturer’s instructions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
- The product shows signs of being penetrated by animals, insects, or pests.
- The product is mechanically impacted, causing breakage, scratches, dents, or deformation.
- Damage caused by external causes (natural disasters, fires) or damage caused by liquids.
