Delivery to your door via Nam Phuong Viet’s delivery department
Because the distance from Nam Phuong Viet to each customer is different, Nam Phuong Viet will accurately announce the delivery time for each order when you place your order.
For orders going to the provinces, please go to the bus stations designated by Nam Phuong Viet to pick up the goods.
For products delivered to the provinces, the customer will be refunded the full price if the delivery does not occur within the reported time.
After receiving the goods, please sign to confirm that you have received them safely. Except in case of damage, in that case, do not sign to receive them but return them to the delivery department and contact the phone number of the staff in charge of the order. We will exchange them for a new product as soon as possible.
When placing an order, please provide Nam Phuong Viet with as much useful information as possible, such as hard-to-find addresses, recipient phone numbers, etc. (Our delivery department may not be able to deliver without an exact address).
With your guidance, the product can be delivered safely and quickly.
Even if Nam Phuong Viet provides you with an approximate delivery time, please understand that we cannot avoid some incidents that lead to delays.
One last thing, delivery drivers often have a tiring day behind the wheel and we do not always expect miracles from them. So please provide as much information as possible to make things as simple as possible.
Shipping fee
Nam Phuong Viet always aims to ensure the best shopping experience for its customers. Therefore, all orders that you place at Nam Phuong Viet:
You will receive free shipping for orders within Ho Chi Minh City and express delivery orders.
The shipping fee will depend on the order weight and the shipping unit’s rate for orders in other areas.
If you want to return the goods (for goods to the provinces), please pay the shipping fee for the customer’s convenience. We will bear the cost except in the case of defective products due to our factory.
